Skipping breakfast isn’t good for you, I know this, yet I still did it for years and then I wondered why I had no energy and ended up stuffing my face come lunchtime, usually with one too many unhealthy things! Thanks to the new McVitie's Breakfast Biscuits I’m not stood at the bus stop freezing my you-know-what off with a grumpy face at 7am and a growly stomach, but instead stood munching on something that tastes yummy with a strong cup of tea in a travel cup I didn’t even know I owned, feeling much better!
Admittedly I was a little sceptical that 4 biscuits would keep me full until lunchtime, but I was proved wrong, they do. And they actually taste really nice, even better when dunked into a good cup of tea or mushed up & eaten with yoghurt (it tastes nicer than it sounds!)! There are a few different flavours to choose from, which is nice because variety is always a good thing and I’m looking forward to trying the sultana & cinnamon particularly.
