Nota Bene #1

Nota Bene: a new place to note down some things from the week...

Ralphie.
This little guy is looking a bit tatty at the moment because he refuses to let me brush him. He's my chief email-replying-helper though so I forgive him.

Exercise.
George at ASDA let me pick out some things from their new activewear line so I officially have no excuses not to get myself to pilates a lot more often. My wardrobe is mostly black and grey but when it comes to exercise clothes I'm all about the bright colours. I'm sure it's something to do with having to bribe myself to actually go and work out. Sizes run a little small but apart from that I'm impressed with the quality for the price so far.

Winter Sunshine.
The snow clouds have finally drifted away and I was awoken yesterday morning with winter sunshine streaming through the curtains. Winter is my favourite season, but I must admit that I'm quite eager for Spring to arrive.

Happy weekend!

xoxo

  1. Ralphie looks cute anyway <3, but I hope he lets you brush him soon.
My trainers are similar to yours, bright colours as well, although they're not from the same brand. I'm looking at George's products on the link you put and they're quite affordable.
And finally, I like winter too, but I think my skin wants spring to come asap.

    Happy Weekend! X

  7. Ralphie is adorable. My cat is the same - he hates being brushed anywhere other than his head. He'll happily left me brush his head but anywhere below his collar and he's trying to escape and claw me to death.
I love your curtains by the way.

  21. I'm the same with gym wear. I totally bribe myself with workout gear to get my butt out of the house and work out. Although I haven't bought any gym wear for a long time, so that is my excuse for not working out at the moment! Definitely need to change this though!
