Box Bag.

French Connection bag via Love The Sales
Knowledgeable about fashion I am most certainly not. I've been wearing black dresses with tights, black flats and a black cardigan almost every day for well over a year. It has become my uniform I suppose and I haven't really been tempted by anything else. However when I was asked if I would like to review something and this beauty was an option, well, let's just say I was the living embodiment of the heart-eyed-emoji.

Practical it is not. It's a little tricky to open, the zip makes a tapping noise on the plastic as I'm walking, and I'm sure it will only be a few days before I end up accidentally scratching the plastic. But I don't really mind, because it's so beautiful. It has quickly become my favourite evening bag, a bonus being that it's too small to fit the car key, so for once I don't get lumbered with them. And you know, it also helps that it's blue and black, two of my favourite colours.

Do you have a favourite evening bag?

  6. Ooh I like it, it's a nice change from theusual shiny fabric clutch sort of thing. I'd feel the urge to stick random things inside the see through plastic space though. Like tiny little models of cats having tea parties and things? Maybe this is why I don't design bags for a living. :D x

  12. This is a really cool bag! Bags and coats are my weakness when it comes to shopping. Now that I have coats in all the weights I need, I don't allow myself to buy anymore coats. As for bags, I only let myself consider buying one if it fits my camera! -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey's
