NARS Sheer Glow in Siberia or NARS Tinted Moisturiser in Terre Neuve or Lily Lolo BB Cream in Fair + Seventeen Stay Time Concealer in Extra Fair + Lily Lolo Mineral Foundation in China Doll.
My skin hasn't been particularly great for a long time, but I don't like to wear a super heavy base all over. If I need a little more coverage the NARS Sheer Glow foundation is my go-to. When my skin is at its driest I find it a little tricky to wear, but otherwise it's a beautiful base. I like to apply it using a beauty blender and it gives a very natural, not-quite-matte finish that lasts really well on my skin. Siberia is also the most perfect match I've ever found in a foundation. Thank you to House of Fraser for letting me choose a foundation from their website to try.
On days where a little less coverage will do I've been reaching for either the NARS Tinted Moisturiser or the Lily Lolo BB Cream. The Lily Lolo is a slightly better colour match, but I find the NARS applies a lot more smoothly. Both give a light coverage, evening out my overall skin tone just enough allowing me to go in to conceal any areas that need a little more help.
The Seventeen Stay Time Concealer has been one of my most used products for a while now. It gives a good amount of coverage without ever looking cakey, even on my dry skin and I like that it works equally as well on redness as it does on brightening my under eyes.
Finally I like to set everything with a little bit of the Lily Lolo Mineral Foundation. This gives me a little extra coverage whilst setting everything in place without looking too heavy.

+ Too Faced Blush in Baby Love.
I don't use bronzer every day and although I dearly love Hoola by Benefit, I'm trying to wean myself on to something more animal friendly. The Bagsy bronzer isn't quite the same tone but it also isn't overly pigmented so it doesn't look as intense on the skin as it does in the pan, and I do really quite like how it subtly warms up my complexion.
My one make up purchase in New York was the Too Faced Blush in Baby Love and I absolutely adore it. There was a time when bright pink blush was my thing, but now I'm all about the more neutral shades. It started with NARS Douceur, which I still adore, and it's snowballed from there to the point where most of my blush collection sits unused because I'm too in love with how neutral tones really help to sculpt my face.

Seventeen All Doll'd Up Mascara.
This has been my go-to mascara for a long time because it's so reliable and doesn't irritate my eyes. I know that my lashes will be defined, lengthened and that they'll hold a curl all day. It also doesn't clump, smudge or flake throughout the day. The wand isn't too large or too small and it's under £7. I mean, it doesn't really get much better than that.

|(L-R) ARROW Lip Balm, Lily Lolo Lip Gloss in clear, LOC Lipstick in Skinny Dip, Seventeen Lipstick in Camisole|
LOC Vibrant Matte Lipstick in Skinny Dip or ARROW Colour Enhancing Lip Balm or Sleek Pout Polish Lip Balm in Bare Minimum or Seventeen Mirror Shine Lipstick in Camisole or Lily Lolo Lip Gloss in Clear.
I tend to think I'm a bit fussy with lip products, but in reality anything light in colour with a comfortable formulation is pretty perfect. Whether it's a gloss, a matte lipstick or a balm, as long as it's comfortable to wear, I'm on board with it.
The ARROW Lip Balm is the newest addition to my collection thanks to this month's Birchbox, but it's already a firm favourite. It's a balm that changes colour according to your PH levels and on me it turns into a really pretty light, but quite bright pink. It's a real change for me and I'm loving it.
Lily Lolo glosses are beautiful. They have a chocolate scent and the formulation is incredibly smooth, so much so that I often forget and think I'm wearing a balm. Clear is my favourite shade. It gives a tiny hint of something, making my lips look a little more plump and hydrated.
The LOC lipstick is the most intense in terms of colour and finish, but again the formulation feels very comfortable and not at all drying. This is the first matte lipstick I've been able to wear all day even though I always seem to have chapped lips, so they get a big thumbs up from me. Birchbox really know what they're doing when it comes to their own make up brands.
I think the Seventeen lipstick in Camisole will be very love hate. It doesn't really look much on the lips at all, but I really like it because it just takes down my natural lip colour a shade or two. I also like the Sleek Pout Polish in Bare Minimum, which I completely forgot to photograph but looks very similar to the rest in colour. It's a beautifully glossy formulation and gives a similar finish to the Lily Lolo glosses, just with a little more pigmentation.
