A few months ago I took a day out, I went for a really long walk by myself to clear my head and thought about the things I really want to achieve or at least have a go at in my life; writing a children's book was towards the top of that list. I've had a few characters spinning around in my head for a little while now, one of which is pretty substantially based on little Ralphie bunny and I figured, why not have a go? One thing I was certain of from the beginning was that I didn't want to do this on my own; I knew it would be so much more fun with Carly on board and thankfully she said yes! Carly's creativity and ideas have brought the characters to life and we're both so excited for the coming weeks & months!
We're both super excited to introduce you to Violet & Ted!
Violet is a sweet little girl with a lot of personality. She's girly & strong and always there to look out for her little brother on their big adventures. Ted, affectionately known as Teddy is an incredibly sweet little boy with a big heart. Both siblings adore each other and they definitely have a mischievous side, which brings with it a lot of fun and laughter. They have two bunnies that always come along on their adventures with them & together they're the best of friends. Little Ralphie bunny has a very large collection of bow ties (the red one is his favourite), he's always keen to explore and be cheeky but snuggling down at the end of the day for cuddles is one of his favourite things.

The little white hotot bunny with a sweet little heart is currently nameless and that's where we need you; we would so love for you to name her!
If you have a favourite name or a name you think suits our little white bunny perfectly, please let us know either on this post or over on Carly's post here & we're already so excited to pick our favourite because we know you'll come up with something perfect!
We have lots of dreams and things planned over the coming weeks, the ultimate dream is our very own book and we have so many other ideas, like prints & cards that we're excited to explore along the way. We really hope you'll join us on this journey, we're hoping it's going to be lots of fun!
Thank you so much for the support already - you're amazing!
xoxo

DeleteThese look adorable, I know you and Carly will come out with something amazing!
ReplyDeleteWe had a big white rabbit called Lulu, she loved escaping into the woods behind our house or into next door's garden (which weirdly, was full of goats.) We'd have to get next door to wrestle the massive goat with horns (named Battle Royale) to the ground while we chased Lulu around!
Thank you sweet! Aww bless her, that sounds so funny! xo

DeleteThis is so lovely, I would have loved this as a kid, I was bunny obsessed. My rabbit is called Crackers (because she's a crazy one!) but for a girl I'd say Snowflake and for a boy I'd say George (just because my old boy was called Fred aha.)

ReplyDeleteI love the names for the rabbit to be either Luna,Elise,Aria or my own name Eloise. As the rabbit has a light heart on his fur think my name would be good as it means love sun or sometimes sun on its own.
Hope you find the perfect name for the bunny soon!
