Behind the scenes with Shu Uemura Rouge Unlimited Lipsticks | Sponsored.

- This is a sponsored post.

Shu Uemura is a brand that I’ve not really looked into before because I assumed that they were really expensive and hard to get hold of, but since exploring their website a little I’ve discovered I was very wrong! Price wise they’re definitely high end, but their products are a lot less expensive than I assumed, I’m not sure why I used to think they were so pricey!

The brand is based around their philosophy that ‘beautiful make up starts with beautiful skin’ and they strive to combine high performing skin care, beautiful make up formulations and professional tools to fuse simplicity and elegance within their product range. Respecting nature, being dedicated to science and the belief that beauty is art combine to make this a really unique brand.

They’re currently promoting their new rouge unlimited lipstick range, which promises to give a strong colour to your lips with a super smooth and non-sticky formulation that is both long lasting and hydrating. That sounds like the perfect combination to me and there are a whopping 44 shades to choose from. The wide array of shades can only be a good thing, there’s sure to be at least one shade in there for everyone and I’m currently trying to stop myself from impulsively purchasing a few of them! Shades 320 and 355 are especially calling to me because they look like really unique warm pink colours. The only thing is I wish they had names instead of just numbers, but I’m not sure I’d fancy the job of having to name 44 different colours!

As part of the campaign Shu Uemura have given us a sneak peek behind the scenes of the photo shoot and I love how glossy and vibrant the colour looks on the model.

Have you ever tried anything from Shu Uemura before?
Do you like the look of their new Rouge Unlimited lipsticks?
Love, Jennie

I've always thought the same about Shu Uemura as well. All I know if their eyelash curlers are much loved by very many people.

I like the glossy finish of the lipstick so it looks well worth looking into.
