November 2014 Birchbox* (£10 + p&p) |
- Weleda Pomegranate Creamy Body Wash | £8.95
- Beauty Protector Protect & Treat Hair Mask | £16
- LipGlam Natural Lanolin Lip Balm | £9.99
- Lord & Berry Mini Bronzer in Sunny | £19
- Dr. Jart+ Most Moist Water-Act Skin Mist | £18
- Montezuma's Mini Bar | £2.39 for 100g
The chocolate bar lasted all of about 10 seconds after opening and I can confirm it was pretty yummy, almost a little like Galaxy but not as sweet. Hair products usually don't excite me but I've been trying a couple of things from Beauty Protector recently and my hair is softer than it's ever been, so this mask is a very welcome addition.
The body wash isn't hugely exciting but I'm a big fan of Weleda as a brand and I know this will get used up in no time. Sometimes it's nice to receive some of the more basic everyday kind of products in these boxes too. The lip balm looks like it's going to be incredibly hydrating and I think it's one of those product that I might also use on any particularly dry areas of my face as an overnight treatment as well.
The Lord & Berry bronzer looks like a nice colour, not too orange or too grey, but I'm not sure how often I'll find myself reaching for such a little pan over my usual Benefit Hoola. My favourite item this month is the Dr. Jart+ Skin Mist. With the cold weather closing in I'm always looking for ways to introduce moisture back into my skin so I'm looking forward to giving this a try.
What do you think about this month's box?

Not the most amazing, but I liked the variety xo
DeleteI really miss receiving beauty boxes, especially when I see decent boxes like this.
ReplyDeleteThe face mist especially has caught my eye. I have a few but I hadn't thought of using them now that it's colder.
xx
A nice little instant boost of hydration <3
DeleteLove the idea with this month. Envious of the bronzer, I am on the hunt for one that competes with Benefit!

DeleteOut of all items the chocolate bar looks the most appealing to me. I still don't get the hooha about face sprays, but maybe I just don't get it :D
ReplyDeleteI like how refreshing they feel <3
DeleteI got a different version and unfortunately I'm a little underwhelmed with mine... ah well, there's always next month!
